After I replace the heads, Plan to keep it for a long time
Sound
The cymbal's were the first thing I replaced, But I knew that when I bought the set, What do you expect for $300 !
Features
For $300 , You get what you pay for, Just the basics.
Ease of Use
Very playable ! Wish it came with a DVD instead of a tape for setting it up.
Quality
Seem's to be fairly well made , Nice finish, I got the black set, Love it ! The heads could be better, But again, For $300, What do you expect!, But they are playable with a little muffling.
Value
It's worth $300 !
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to deal with them, I've had this set for a little over a month now, And beat the hell of of it, No problems !
The Wow Factor

"I Love it, just a few minor tweaks."

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I would probably keep this set, maybe sell the heads and get new ones down the road, and deffinately buy new cymbals, and a double bass pedal, but other than that I'm most likely going to keep this.
Sound
Not bad...some tuning and muffeling should do the trick, replacement heads are another choice, but for a beginning drummer, I suggest muffeling the heads.
Features
I dont really like the cymbals, for the fact tht the crash is a little too thin for my taste, and the hi-hat cymbals are a little to thin also, but just about everything else is fine...Maybe some adjusting on the bass pedal, but thats it.
Ease of Use
I figure that if you know what your doing, the set will be easy to use. Tuning is probably the only thing you need to know, the rest is common sense. I suggest reading online to find out how to tune it.
Quality
Its made very well, for beginning drummers. If you have experience on the set then I suggest a 6 or 7 piece set. But its not like if you bump into the set its going to fall apart, its can take wuite the beating.
Value
compared to any other set this one is a little expensive, for the fact that the drum heads are the cheepest ones I have seen, I muffled my heads but I would rather save the hassel by getting oiled heads, if they came like that then the set would probably be worth a lot more than its listed.
Manufacturer Support
I didn't have any probelms that I would have to resort to calling the company. I gave it and 8 because the set is made good, but I don't remember any number to call them.
The Wow Factor
I gave it a 9 because I like the color I got, (black) but I dont like the cymbals, I'm not sure why.

"This is a very nicely priced drum kit."

Overall: 3 out of 5 stars

Sound
This is an inexpensive drum kit, so the drum heads and cymbals are low quality. They sound fine, and are very adequate for practice and for a beginner. I have checked, and replacement heads and cymbals are very pricey. This would be something to consider if using the set for live or studio situations.
Features
Everything you need is included.

Overall: 0.5 out of 5 stars

Everything is horrible
Sound
This is awful. The sound is so bad. everything has to be replaced. heads, pedal, seat, stands, cymbals. I really go ripped off. I don't know about the 11 other people but this set is not worth it. This set is worth about $100.
Features
EVERYTHING has to be replaced
Ease of Use
I Have to wear head phones so i won't hear how bad it sounds.
Quality
It's horrible. nothing can adjust. i spent an hour just trying to adjust my toms.
Value
This set should be worth baby $50.
Manufacturer Support
Actually i looked up the company and found them. i looked all over there website and emailed them and there is no such thing as Rockwood.
The Wow Factor
I don't like it at all.
