Okay, so i had the Quad Capture for about a year and absolutely loved it but i wanted an upgrade in terms of inputs. I decided on this one because of the great experience with the Quad Capture. This thing is great!! It has a ton of clean and quiet inputs and looks great on my studio table's built in rack. I read on some threads stating that the input signals were noisy and at first i thought they were too. I monitor directly from the DAW so i realized that i had to turn the interface's monitor mix all the way down otherwise, there is some noise, although it's only because of the daw and interface mix overlapping each other. The recorded tracks are quiet and clean, the auto sense is a true time saver, the unit itself is very attractive, the Mac drivers are flawless and the reduced price is amazing. I had a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 a couple of months ago and there is absolutely no comparison in the quality of the signals both being recorded and being output through the monitors and the stability of the units. I can honestly say that i would buy this over again if unit was stolen or damaged. Amazing find!!

Awesome interface! The 12 quality mic pre's alone are worth more than the price of this beautiful beast! The AUTO-SENS tech is great for people like me who don't want to spend an hour setting up mics before you start recording. Im honestly looking for an exuse to buy another one and link the two together!
