I am completly happy with this unit. I have no plans of upgrading, (Don't need to). In researching these keyboards I foung the EXR-5 the most vesatile and best sounding in the bunch.
Sound
The sound is perfect! Whether I run it alone or amplified, it has clear and defined sound.
Features
All the features are perfect for my needs. Ease of selection and use is a wonderful change.
Quality
Bought this unit as a demo return. Unit was in perfect shape and looked factory new. Very clean and fit design with easy to read readout and buttons. No blems or scratches found.
Value
Best bang for the buck. Most of the features and capabilities of larger more expensive units at half the price.

Have never needed customer support as of yet.
