As I said this is the resonant snare drum head for me, I love it, this just makes my snare sound better! I use a Remo CS Coated controled sound head for my batters, killer good combo
Sound
First of all let me start by saying this is a "Resonant" Head it goes on the Bottom of your snare drum, You do not HIT these ! Having said that, I own 2 of these one on my 13 inch and one on my 14 inch snare drum.
These Resonat heads definatly make your snare sound a tad meatier, deeper and more powerfull , they are 1 mill thicker than the traditional 3 mil head such as evans hazy 300 etc...it makes a difference you can hear, the part about it being a black suade head well that makesa diffence also, the surface isnt super smooth so the snares work a bit better and sound nicer! This head is The best Resonant snare head I have ever used It sounds awesome! Make sure and crank it nice and tight!

This head is terrible! Nobody buy this...the minute i hit this head i knew something was wrong...and iw as right..no sound..just sounds like paper
