With a little more warmth and stompboxes, it would be perfect. For the value though, this is an amazing product and definitely a style. I'm very surprised that people would buy other products. I think it has to do with the fact that the price is almost too low.
Sound
The sound of this product is on par. It is a little harsh and cold but I've had some amazing results. The twang's clean is very nice and the AC Box has a killer hard rock sound. If you need more edgy sounds, this thing is pretty amazing.
Features
The fact that there are 3 different amps is a pretty big deal. It's nice to be able to change your sound and create a truly diverse tonal wall of sound. Of course you have your clean and distorted sounds on each amp. Each amp also has a cool effect like vibrato, tremelo, and delay. I wish it had stompboxes but for the money, forget it, the features are perfect.
Ease of Use
You can full around with the knobs like a regular guitar amp and the presets are helpful in finding how versatile each amp is. Just fool around long enough and figure out what you want and it is just fantastic.
Quality
The software is well done but the sound is the only lacking in quality. The only problem I had is that if you screw around with different sound input cards/devices and you choose a device that becomes unavailable, you probably won't be able to start the program. A reinstall will fix it probably.
Value
For $60.00 this thing is amazing. Totally worth it if you want good guitar amp sounds and you don't have a studio or $900 to spend.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't dealt with the company so I don't know.
The Wow Factor
With stompboxes (which is essentially Guitar Rig 2), it would be cooler but the value and the fact that it captures three of the most heard of amp styles is more than enough to make it desirable. I kinda think it looks pretty cool as well.
