Lanikai CKB Curly Koa Baritone Ukulele

With its Hawaiian koa top and a larger body than your usual ukulele, this baritone uke has a deep voice. Its 14:1 gear ratio tuners keep it sounding sweet.

Following up after 11 years of owning this instrument. Intonation is still spot on. Tone is SO MUCH better now then after we initially received this UKE. The Koa has warn and has turned out to be an wonderful heirloom instrument in the family. So in the long run I love this UKE now. The older it gets the better it has gotten.

Playability is good but the finish is less than desireable. Many spots didn't get sanded. Nice looking and solid but I shouldn't have to go back and sand the Uke myself. ~ much smaller than other barritone ukes so tone is not as deep as I hoped. I have refinished myself and give to my 10 year old so he can learn.
