I believe this amp will keep my interest for a long time. It's a fun amp to mess around with.
Sound
Great sound. I received this amp for Christmas from my kids and it's pretty awesome due to the fact that the song presets contain a lot of the songs I play on a regular basis. I no longer have to waste time setting up my other amp to get the desired effect (if I can ever get it just right). I just push a button a few times and dial up the song tone. To my ear the preset songs tones are right on: Nothing Else Matters, Cat Scratch Fever, Money For Nothing, Sweet Child of Mine, etc. No need for stomp boxes with this amp. And this B***H is LOUD. If you are a pro guitar player, you probably would not appreciate this amp, but if your a amature/hobbyist who just likes to rock out every once and while without messing around with effects pedals and tone knobs, this amp is for you. Of course you can bypass the presets and set up the amp as you wish and I have no complaints on that front. All around versitile amp.
Features
No accesssories included. Very happy with all the features of this amp.
Ease of Use
There is a small learning curve with this product. The instruction manual is a joke, but after messing around with it for about an hour or so, it's easy to figure out. Also I would recommend visiting the Line6 web site to pick up more information about using this amp, esp. in the forums section.
Quality
So far it appears to be a pretty solid & sturdy amp.
Value
Great bang for the buck.

"BUY THIS AMP!!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I'm to lazy to write much more but if this amp was stolen or something i would definately, no doubt about it, buy another one.
Sound
If you like an amp with crazy distortion, this is what you want and the sound quality is great. I play heavy metal all the way to classical music and i'm not dissapointed with this amp. I mainly bought this amp for the distortion but it's good for everything! I play a gibson les paul standard and it sounds amazing. I have played live with this amp and it is by far gigworthy. I have yet to record with it but i'm sure it won't let me down.
Features
The most useful feature about this amp is the distortion, it's kind of difficult to navigate through the +400 presets but you will get used to it. This amp has a built in tuner, distortion boost, noise gate, chorus flang, phaser, tremelo, tape echo, sweep echo and delay!
Ease of Use
It was simple for me to find my sound with this amp, it took my about 20 minutes to get all of my sounds and my presets. There are 4 channel presets, once you get your sound just hold channel a, b, c, or d to save them, simple as that! The manual is easy to read and visual.
Quality
This amp seems to be made well, nothing wrong with it so far, it's also a nice looking amp as well as a nice sounding amp. I have no worried with this amp, i would take this amp on the road not a doubt in my mind.
Value
This product is worth the typical selling price.

"Best Amp Out There"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
Overall this amp is the best I have ever played through. I may upgrade to the 150 watt amp. But for right now I am going to keep this one for quite a while. Everything about it is awesome. If thuis amp was lost or stolen I would buy the same one again. Before I bought it I wish I knew what all it could do. Really the only thing I don't like about it is that its a little heavy, but that doesn't bother me. I LOVE IT!! I DEFINETLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
Sound
The sound is amazing! It is pretty loud even when the knob is on 3. It sounds like mud if it is turned up to half way. Thats the only downside for the sound of it though, otherwise its awesome.
Features
I love all of the features. The effects sound great. The 400+ presets sound good too. There are two most useful features in this amp. The first one is the four channels so you can save your own sounds so it is easy to get to them some other time. The second most useful feature is the tuner. The tuner is really accurate.
Ease of Use
This amp is very easy to use also. It will take a little time to get used to knowing how to do everything.
Quality
It is made really well. It is dependable. You don't have to worry about it coming apart or anything, but one thing you have to keep an eye on is how you handle it when on the road. The bumps on the road could do damage inside it, because it is all computerised inside.
Value
The price is worth buying it. For everything it can do is worth the money.
The Wow Factor
I didn't want to buy it just because it sounded like it was a good amp, I also liked the color, and the way its made. The lights were cool looking when I turned it on for the first time. the color is perfect for performances. I only like dark colored amps. Not blue or white or ect.

"Amp sounds great when it works, they do not last very long."

Overall: 2 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
If I can not get one that will last longer than a year I will have to search for a better product. I will be wary of Line 6 products however.
Sound
When this amp works the sound quality is awesome, unfortunately it has a short lifespan.
Features
Did not include any accessories. The floor pedal is a help for quick switching and the wah works pretty well.
Ease of Use
There is a lot to work with, but it is not hard to use.
Quality
I have had 2 of them inside of 3 years and they keep losing the bottom end. Sounds like you cranked the mids and highs and dropped the bass. The amp is not used for gigs and is not abused, it is in a controlled environment. They do not last.
Value
It would be worht it, if it lasted and did not keep going out.
Manufacturer Support
I have not hasd to deal with Line 6, I bought from guitar center and they took care of it.
The Wow Factor
It is a nice looking amp and does not take up a lot of space.

"Line 6 doesn't work for me."

Overall: 1 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
I used a competitors product for a while and it blew the Line 6 out of the water both tone wise and construction wise.
Sound
The presets are a waste of time and generally sound bad. The Mk II was better value without the 'artist' presets.
Features
The features are about on a par with all the other modeling amps out there. The big feature is the artist presets... see above.
Ease of Use
The artist presets display is hard to see.
Quality
After powering up perhaps to 1/4 way volume with some of the clean presets I was struck by the awful build quality and rattling of the cabinet and speakers. Absolute junk. Speakers were tight as they would go without splitting the MDF that is simply glued together. Perhaps they should put 2 x 5" speakers in here and it may hold together.
Value
No good value if it can't be used for it's intended purpose.
Manufacturer Support
They seem to e mail back quite quickly.
The Wow Factor
I will not consider Line 6 amps in the future.

I think this amp will last me for well over 5 years and i will continue to be happy with it throughout my guitar career.
Sound
Great sound with great volume control.
Features
Most features on one amp I've ever seen.
Ease of Use
A little bit confusing at first but u get that hang of it.
Quality
I've dropped it plenty of times and haven't had any problems.
Value
A little bit over priced but definitely worth it.
Manufacturer Support
A very detailed instructors manual comes with it to properly teach you how to use it.

"Nice features, too confusing"

Overall: 3 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I like the quality and the features, but it's too complicated; I just want to play without having to scroll through presets and turn like 10 knobs, so i'll proabably return it.
Sound
I'm not an expert, but I will say the sound is way better than the amp I had before, but on the clean channels I can't say I love it.
Features
Tons of features, but it's really hard to just get a basic unmodified sound out of it if you don't want all the distortion and reverb and other stuff. foot switch would have been nice though.
Ease of Use
Too much knobs and stuff to turn, and I can't seem to get that simple clean sound without a million effects as everytime I turn it on it goes to one of the million presets which are just too much to sort through.
Quality
seems good quality, I'm no expert though, so can't say yet.
Value
For the features, great value.
The Wow Factor
That's why I bought it, with all the features and cool knobs, how can you not say oooooooooooooh!!!!! and buy it.
