"Worst piece of gear I ever spent money on..."

Well, second unit is dead..After first one had issue 2 weeks after warranty period (wich is only one year...Even USB memory stick gets 3 or 5...). First stopped to work, second one has occasional high level short burst...My speakers are far too expensive to risk more, and after barely 1 month of using second unit, it is back in its original box on a shelf. Room correction with Ergo is another story; In some rooms it worked, in some not. I get better results in bypass mode. After writing problems to KRK, I was dissapointed with there answer. They directed me to install new firmware. No real support, no adequate compensation for damage. After 15 years of buying studio equipment, I have never seen such poor quality and customer support level. Shame on you KRK!

This is a piece of hardware any music producer must have! on the go, at the studio, at my washroom, anywhere, will give you great results! i believe who give that review about speaker A and B didn't took a closer look at the settings of KRK Ergo! anyways great price great results as always KRK sys do! Ahhhh Don't assume the KRK Ergo will mix the music for you... LOL

"Snake oil"

Sent it back for a refund.

Didn't work out of the box. the hardware is totally controlled by the software. Pressed A set of speakers and one side of the B speakers came on. Reboot! Reinstall! Only left speaker works on A. Tried to use B for main set, just hang Maybe hat's why the demo for two sets of speakers uses 2 ERGO units? Don't waste your money. Wanted to lve it but it is just smoke and mirrors.
