I've owned the guitar for about a week now. For the price, this is the best guitar you'll find.
Sound
For the price, this is THE best sounding guitar you'll get. It has a large, full sound. Slap some nice strings on there and you'll get a really nice sound.
Features
I got mine from a pawn shop, so it didn't come with any accessories.
Ease of Use
Easy to use.
Quality
Very good quality.
Value
Awesome value. Be sure to set it up correctly: action, tuning, etc. Once you do that, you'll have an awesome guitar.
Manufacturer Support
Didn't have to deal with company.
The Wow Factor
I got a darker color wood. It looks awesome.

"One of the best budget guitars on the market"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I bought the Jasmine S35 as a second guitar to take out and about. It really is a great quality instrument but does need a good set up and new strings before it begins to show it's true potential. I put a set of Martin strings on it and removed the packing under the saddle. I also shaved the saddle height down by 1/32nd of a inch and put a small amount of tension in the neck using the adjustable truss rod.. These small adjustments completely changed the way the guitar played. The action was improved out of all proportion and the guitar began to sing like an instrument worth several times the price.

"great sound for a budget player, great deal for beginners"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I'm always looking at other guitars but I suppose I didn't need any others for a while took me 4 or 5 years to buy another.
Sound
I've had this guitar for about 6 years. nice sound, not my fav but my first. with some elixers on it, you can't beat the price. not as warm as I like but nice.
Features
what features? you can adjust the neck. that's alright I guess, every other acoustic has it though
Ease of Use
once you adjust the neck to bring the strings down it isn't bad, but I had caluses on my fingers for a while till the adjustment
Quality
it's not a solid top so for the dollar it's good, the head looks like it might be cracking a bit but no loss on sound. and plenty of people have dropped it. I baby my seagull though
Value
for the price. this is a great guitar.
Manufacturer Support
never had to contact.
The Wow Factor
this guitar I wouldn't have particularly wanted unless I was on a budget or just starting out. i was just starting out but i was ignorant, either way it was a gift that i've obviously played for 6 years.

"ONE OF THE BEST GUITARS YOU'LL EVER BUY"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
forever .
Sound
The sound is perfect to me. its deep, not fully but still deep. way more than you would expect from a 99 dollar guitar. just some quality strings will make this guitar sound more than perfect.
Features
It doesnt come with many but you know what, on this guitar it doesn't matter. its not made for having features. what jasmine did is took way less time on the features and took way more time in the quality of the sound.
Ease of Use
very very easy to use. i mean if you know what a guitar is, you can operate it. lol.
Quality
i wish i could give it more than 10 there is nothing wrong with it it sounds perfect. the look a very nice. just everything is perfect. i mean spend another 100 to 200 dollars and you'll get the same thing except probably a little deeper in tone value bu its not worth it when your getting something near that deepness and just sounds this beautiful.
Value
this product is more than worth the price. the quality of this guitar is something you would expect of a guitar twice or even triple this guitar's price. completely and absolutely a perfect buy for anyone. you cant go wrong with it.
Manufacturer Support
uhmm yah ive never had to deal with them so im just gonna give it a 10
The Wow Factor
i have it. i haven't heard about it before hand but i picked it up and i started playing nothing else matters on it expecting a lil string buzzing or somethin but what i found was nothing else matters in perfect and dead on quality. so i highly strongly recommend it.

"Everything you want in a guitar."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
perfect.
Sound
oh, i love it. you just pick it up and play; no problems at all, except that the 1st fret is a little hard to press down at first. it sounds rich, very rich!
Features
my mom got this guitar a long time ago. and i STILL use it. the tuners are very nice, stays in tune unless u start hitting the strings repeatedly, but that doesn't happen for palm mutes.the pickguard is useful, and the bridge sturdy. definetely worth it.
Ease of Use
BUY IT. tuners are easy to use, sounds come how you want them to, low fret buzzing. it will work fine if you totally remodel everything from the bridge to the strings to the tuners. just perfect, and very playable.
Quality
i love it. as i said, it is very durable and will last you a long time. if it broke, i would lay down and cry my eyes out. the stock parts are perfect, not much use in replacing them. i dont worry about breaking anything. you cant take it anywhere and not worry about it being damaged. the only thing i would worry about is maybe denting it on the sides, but that probably wont happen.
Value
perfect. nothing else will i need to say. . .
Manufacturer Support
I have not dealt with takamine, so i will give them the benefit of the doubt.
The Wow Factor
buy it.

Jasmine by Takamine S35 Customer Review

Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I'd pay 50 bucks more and get a decent guitar. This guitar is hard to play. If you're going for something cheap, this would be a start. If you plan on playing some advanced music, expect an upgrade.
Quality
Pegs come out sometimes, and have to retune.
Value
For the price, can't beat it.
