"IK Multimedia- all hype and no support"

They said it worked on Ipods so I ordered it and it DOESN'T work on the latest version. I had to send it back and it cost $5 to ship. I also made the mistake of ordering directly from IK MUltimedia an Irig midi keyboard controller. This was before Christmas. Still can't get it to work. IK Multimedia doesn't let you return anything. Their support is only by phone or email, takes forever, and they don't answer the questions I ask. NEVER AGAIN.
