I did not receive a new guitar. I received a blemished guitar. I ordered 3 items a guitar, a usb link and a strap. The guitar has an ink pen line across the face that was put on after staining but before the finish clear coat. Obvious to anyone who looks at it. The usb link came broken and not in the original packaging. It works but it is broke. I can see the little circuit board in it plainly. zZounds had it shipped properly and have had no issues with their payment plan. But Ibanez is using the website to get rid of blemished items. I will not buy another Ibanez guitar again ever.
