I expected: 1.- Fast shipment 2.- well packaged 3.- Ease of payment 4.- Quality product 5.- Product satisfaction Excellent service and products by zZounds. Will buy more from you as soon as i finish paying this lovely guitar...oh and about that: I am an classical acoustic guitar player. When i ordered this guitar i expected that maybe neck width will be to short for my hands used to play 2" nut width guitars. I found this guitar very enjoyable, easy and comfortable to play. The sound i got through my clarett 2pre: just awesome!. This guitar stays in tune. Perfect octaves. Nice gigbag. Sturdy making. Good sound for practicing when unplugged. Just happy with it :)

These instruments are beautifully made by Godin, and play like a dream. They amplify well, and you can get a very nice tone, with some variation. It can be bright, or kind of rich and mellow. It's good for finger style guitar, whether jazz or folky, certainly classical players would find it odd, but could get a great sound if they wished. It also works well for gypsy jazz style lead and of course Willy Nelson songs. Mine was a deep discount "blemished", but I can't find a thing wrong with it. Also zZounds shipped very quickly. Very pleased with the whole experience.

"What a Fantastic Guitar"

I've always loved the sound of nylon string guitars, but the neck widths always intimidated me. Fortunately Godin made a Multiac perfectly suited to my needs. Couple this with zZounds pay to play program, well, it was a no-brainer. Shipping was fast, and I have been loving this guitar ever since. And I'm learning so many things as well. Restringing a nylon string guitar was a first, and a bit difficult for me, but it's another neat skill under my belt.
