Gibson Billie Joe Armstrong Les Paul Junior Electric Guitar (with Case)

The Gibson Billie Joe Armstrong Les Paul Junior has attitude to match its namesake. Its dual-coil P90 and wraparound bridge make it a great rock guitar.

"Great Guitar"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This guitar will deffinetly last me. The only reason i would feel a need to get a new one would be if i started playing contry or they started selling the jimmy page les paul custom for under $6,000. I would deffinetly get this if you love rock n' roll, but if you play say blues or contry i wound recomend the gibson es-335.
Sound
It has a great edgy tone that i love
Features
The guitar comes in classic white which is almost imposible to find on a junior and comes with a cool case that has cheeta print interior. The guitar features a custom h-90 pick up that BJ him self worked on with gibson
Ease of Use
The neck is nice and skinny so you can monover prety easily. I like this neck beter then any other one on a guitar ive played in the past. The pick up on here is great for rock and roll, punk rock, and with the proper adjustments and amp a led zepplein like sound.
Quality
Its a gibson, what more do i have to say
Value
This guitar isnt bad for the price and its value will increase as time goes by if you want to sell it.
Manufacturer Support
there usally isnt any problems with gibson.
The Wow Factor
I love the classic white and vintage sunburst paint jobs on this guitar. You wont find any other junior in white without some sort of miracle. This is a great looking junior.

Great guitar! If you're not a fan of green day, or billie Jo, Do yourself a favor and try this guitar unbiased. You'll be plesantly pleased. I've owned 12 Les Pauls,,, Customs, Standards, Specials, Juniors, and a BFG (from 1970's models to current) This one is at the top of my list for favorites.
Sound
The ONLY Les paul out of 12 that I've owned that can sound great clean, and distorted..all out of one pick up. FAT mahogany tone!!!! Great for all styles of Rock and blues.
Features
Same time tested design thats been around for generations. If you can't make it happen on a Junior...then you have no business playing guitar!
Ease of Use
Slim taper neck, and low action. The guitar plays itself! Plays like buttah.
Quality
High quality, The nitro finish smells great, No complaints. The leopard interior case is cool too.
Value
Great guitar that can do it all.
Manufacturer Support
sent me parts free of charge for another one of my guitars.
The Wow Factor
This is high quality for half the price of a custom shop model.

"Worth every penny."

I doubt that I will ever find a need to replace this guitar. It suits my style of playing, and the sound is exactly what I have been looking for in a guitar.
Sound
This sound is just like a standard P-90 single coil. The only real difference between this pickup and a standard P-90, is that this one has a higher output.
Features
Although it only has volume and tone knobs, they are both very responsive. The tone is quite impressive in the way of its own response.
Ease of Use
It is very easy to use this guitar. It's lighter than the standard LP Junior, and the slim neck makes it more accessible to first-time users.
Quality
Very nice finish. The neck is slim and smooth, and I think that that can be quite useful for the quickness of my playing.
Value
This guitar is worth every penny I paid for it. It was a little pricey, but I knew it was worth it.
Manufacturer Support
Gibson has always been very easy to deal with whenever I need any sort of product.
The Wow Factor
When I first laid eyes on it, I knew I wanted it.

"Looking for a perfect guitar?"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Best guitar out there.
Sound
I use this guitar with a Vox amp and the sound blew me away! No There is no question a junior beats a regular les paul. The sound is powerful and cruel. Power cords are definately the main use for this guitar.
Features
The features are not super but that's not what this guitar was made for.
Ease of Use
This is a very easy guitar to use. End of discussion
Quality
The quality is made very well, no scratches or knicks whatsoever.
Value
If I lost this, I would buy it again. It is pricy but is worth it for punk rock.
Manufacturer Support
Have not had to deal with gibson
The Wow Factor
WHAT A HOTT GUITAR! It's fantastic

"Made a big mistake"

I'm a huge Green Day fan, and bought this guitar to get that Green Day sound and a have a good-quality Gibson guitar in my arsenal. Wish I saved my money... Beware, the guitar is NOT AT ALL what it appears in the image provided by the manufacturer. I purchased the vintage sunburst model, which is actually more of a dark orange color as opposed to the bright yellow/orange shown in the image. Doesn't appeal to me. The volume/tone knobs on the guitar I received are black even though in the image here they are gold. The rosewood fretboard on my guitar is light brown/tan color instead of the dark-brown that exists on the rosewood fretboards of my other guitars. This light brown fretboard sticks out like a sore-thumb from the rest of the guitar. And last but not least, the supposed "hum-cancelling" H-90 pickup on this guitar does the very opposite. It produces more hum than any other guitar I've ever owned (epiphones, schecters, SQUIERS). Couldn't bare it after 5 minutes. I expected so much more of a Gibson, and being a huge Green Day/Billie Joe Armstrong fanatic, I felt very let-down. I had such high hopes for this guitar. I already sent zZounds my return request.
