Gibson Les Paul Studio LPJ Deluxe Electric Guitar (with Gig Bag)

For stripped-down Les Paul tone, plug in the LPJ Deluxe. Its weight-relieved mahogany body has a sweet voice that sings through the Burstbucker pickups.

Hands down best entry level LP. Had an Epiphone "LP" and it is really good but for an extra $200 or so, this blows them away. It's not but it seems to weigh twice as much. Incredible for tone and sustain but get a good, wide quality strap. Set up nice right out of the box. The finish is what it is, minimalistic but we play to hear not see, right? Besides, all LP's pretty much look similar and you'll actually get more responses to the uniqueness of this guitar. The body is two pieces of solid mahogany glues together but I can see the line only on the back and sides. The face is pristine. I like wood so I'm totally cool with it. Standard LP hardware with no pull pots. All in all a great guitar and ABSOLUTELY worth the little extra to step way up.

Bought this LP because it looks cool as hell (Chocolate), has the ingredients to rock hard, don't have to worry about an expensive guitar getting dinged up. When I recieved it, I was floored by the quality, this guitar is solid, very well put together, no flaws anywhere. The setup on mine was way off, pickups not even close to being balanced, action was high. After getting everything dialed in, this guitar flat screams, sustains for days. The neck is a little on the fat side, but I feel this is a good thing, helps give it the huge tone it has. Compared to other LP's I have owned, it plays as well as all except a Custom, has better tone than most. This LP is worth twice the price easy.

Chose this Gibson for its rustic look (choc stain) and Burstbucker Pro pickups. It was set up fine, good quality, sounds great and the gig bag is nice. A steal for the price.
