The way the product was hyped, I expected to get years of use out of it. Instead, I got 3 months out of it. Extremely disappointed.

Features
Had a lot of space for accessories, ie chords, strings, charts etc. Very heavy, bulky. Wheels would have helped.

Quality
The case is made with inferior materials. The metal edge ribbing dented way too easily. The plywood construction is too thin. My case lasted 3 months and a dozen flights before one of the airlines bought it from me. They punched a huge hole through the top plywood. I was extremely disappointed in the product. This case is an expensive Anvil wannabe. Spend the extra and get the real thing.
Value
Horrible value for the money.
Manufacturer Support
I emailed them about warranty and to address this issue 2 weeks ago. Still haven't heard back from them.
