I would replace it if something happens to it. I love this thing. I have owned an Ibanez Jem and this guitar is much more versatile, and a fourth of the cost!
Sound
The sound is absolutely amazing. I have pushed my abilities to new heights with the sustainer pickup. I typically leave it on normal sustainer mode, but switch it over to the harmonic mode when soloing. It is an absolute thrill to play and it is my main stage guitar.
Features
The only reason I gave the guitar a 5 out of ten is that the hardware is really, really, really, cheap. The Floyd is a knock off and does not stay in tune. I went ahead and purchased a black original Floyd and all other hardware. Now the guitar is smoking hot. I also got bored with the black finish, so I went ahead and applied a professional decal for that airbrushed look and finished it with nitrocellulose lacquer. Now it is simply amazing and I love it.
Ease of Use
Once you get the hang of the switches and how easy to use they are, it is hard to play another guitar without the sustainer. It's quite addictive.
Quality
The finish is (or should I say was) flawless. Like I said, I have a knack for customizing my guitars. By by warranty but it's worth it. The hardware is on the 7th layer of sucking, but I changed it out. Excellent guitar, but I strongly recommend upgrading the hardware. The pickups are perfect.
Value
For the price, you are getting a stage quality guitar. I am actually going to purchase another (and of course customize it) as a reliable backup for my performances.
Manufacturer Support
Can't comment since I have no issues with the guitar, hence no need to contact support.
The Wow Factor
The chicks dig it and the guitar nuts love the sound. What more can I say?

"I love this guitar."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I love this guitar, and if the one I have ever breaks I will get another just like it.
Sound
This guitar is one of the best that I have ever played. I am a working musician and I have taken this guitar on the road with me for over 10 years. I have played in punk, rock, death metal, folk, and now I am playing in a reggae band. I play it through a Fender Stage 100, and a Marshall 4 12 cab. When I need something more I stomp on a Boss Metal Zone. This guitar sounds rich and full. It sounds great clean or with distortion. The guitar has held up really well for the past 10 years. It has chips and dings, the hardware on the bridge has gotten a little rusty from all the sweat. If I was to buy a new electric, it would be another of these.
Features
I don't use the floyd rose bridge. I have it blocked off, but I love the locking nut. The bridge is recessed and feels comfortable for a wide range of styles. The sustain-er works great. Pop it into harmonic sustain jump on a distortion pedal and go to town. To tell you the truth I dont really use my sustainer often as the guitar has gobs and gobs of sustain in it self.
Ease of Use
There are few things to mess with here. Nothing to mess up. If you don't have experience with a floyd rose know that you may find it a bit tricky.
Quality
Rock solid.
Value
You can not find a better value in a guitar.
Manufacturer Support
...as I have NEVER had to use it
The Wow Factor

The best metal bang for the buck with the great sustainer. Black chrome, outstanding pickups, great neck, action, and feel. Looks killer and sounds it. I liked the Schecter, too, but for $450 more to have a set neck and binding when it is a sustainer guitar? The EMG81 is great, too. Set up easy.
