"This is truly an ELITE instrument"

I'll get right to the point; this is absolutely the finest instrument I have ever owned. No part of the build was overlooked. The finish ( in my case jade green metallic ) is impeccable. The neck is silky smooth. The compound radius fretboard begs to be played and there are no sharp fret ends. The noiseless pickups are indeed noiseless and the S-1 selector located inside the volume knob offer endless tonal possibilities. The nut required no sanding. The short post locking tuners help to keep this guitar in tune and you can adjust the tremolo arm sway via an allen screw hidden in the block. The action was perfect right out of the case and the only " set-up " required was 1/2 turn of the D tuner. The sound ? You need to hear it to believe it. This instrument can handle any style of music with ease. funk, blues, rock and even metal are no problem. I can't " chicken pick " but I have no doubt this guitar would excel at country tones as well. It LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. It SOUNDS BEAUTIFUL. I have read reviews that state this guitar doesn't sound as " Strat " as let's say the American Professional Stratocaster. I disagree. It all depends on what YOU want out of your guitar. I wouldn't buy a Buick and then complain that it doesn't drive like a Mercedes-Benz. In my opinion ( and it is only my opinion ) this guitar is a PERFECT 10. - Hope this helps.

This is my 3rd strat in my many years of tinkering with guitar and I gotta say it’s an amazing instrument the look and feel is spectacular , set up out of the box was average but after a few minor adjustments bam ! Absolute perfection, listen to and read a bunch of reviews and everyone of them mentioned how great the neck profile felt and played , was a little skeptical but rest assured it’s all that and a box a macaroni, I honestly wish I could put this neck on every guitar I own it makes playing a complete joy and the 4th gen noiseless pickups sound no different than my American strat other than the fact there’s no hissing on these ,the only 2 downfalls are , it doesn’t come in a black finish (because nothing beats a nice black finish) but honestly it could’ve only come in pink and after playing it , it still wouldn’t of deterred me from the purchase and the volume control is too close to were I lay my hand when playing so I’m constantly backing off the volume with my picking hand ... ether one is not enough to keep me from enjoying this baby for a lifetime.... happy picking folks

The neck is amazing. It's almost too fast as I've slid past my target a couple of times. I was a little worried about the pickups, as I've had guitars with every noiseless version over the years. These are true Strat pickups. I'm a fan of the 2nd and 4th positions and these have that thing. They crunch well too. All the videos I've seen are focused on the clean sound, but these rock. The finish is beautiful. It stays in tune well. It's very comfortable to play. I dig it.

I got the sky blue burst and she is a beauty. This guitar is a player and very comfortable. The noiseless pick up are fantastic. On the volume there is a button you push down that gives it a gain boost. It seemed flat to me until I pushed it. There is no mention of it that I saw but it make the guitar come alive. This is my 3rd fender having bought the strat shawbucker and ygnwie sig series and they dont disappoint. If you can get this one!!

"My new favorite guitar"

Let me start by saying that I own another American HHS Strat and a MIM Nashville Tele. I also own a Les Paul Traditional. This has become my favorite. The noiseless pickups are truly noiseless. I can leave it in a stand and hear no background noise. Yet, they are powerful and pack a punch. Well done, Fender. The versatile pickups and blending are outstanding. I have enjoyed my few days with this new guitar.

"fender provides poor after sales service"

I have wanted another strat for quite a while and I have been looking for years for just the right one.stratocasters have 5 different neck designs, and five different fret shapes, the pickups I haven't countedbut I finally found something close to what I want ( modern C neck, HSS texas specials, ) with jumbo frets I am not so happy with jumbo frets but I will try to live with them for now, ( I find they go sharp if you don't play with the exactly the right amount of pressure on the strings. the humbucker sounds "BAD" supposed to be a JB copy "they missed the mark by a mile, the single coil pickups are an old design for a different neck radius that makes the D&G poles so high that my pick catches on them, at the same time thew B&E strings loose sound because they are too low. took it back to a fender service tech and he said it's a design issue - and it's with in specs so nothing he could do, I called Fender and the reply I got was "it is what it is" and we aren't going to authorize any repairs or replacement of parts. the only option the tech gave me was to spend another $500 -$700 in mods that I would have to pay for
