"ESP Hard Case-designed for your guitar and to PROTECT your investment"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)

Should go the distance for years...expect at least 10 years of hard travel or more.
Features
Great hard case with a nice exterior finish and feel. Well padded and constructed with a nice interior fleecy fur fabric. The box under the guitar is large enough to carry all extra strings and accessories. It looks like a vintage guitar case from the old days...functional too.
Ease of Use
Very easy to use, includes keys and locks.
Quality
Construction quality is exceptional when compared to most other cases. Only competitor in this area would be gator cases.
Value
Price is right and fits my guitar like a glove. EC-256 TB by ESP.
The Wow Factor
Cool vintage look with logo and nice finish. Who wouldn't want this protection to and from gigs?

I bought this case for my Ltd EC-1000 and it fits like a glove
Sound
Doesn't make a sound. Which is good. No squeaks no pops.
Features
Fits my EC-1000 perfectly. I have no doubts it will hold during transport.
Ease of Use
Put your guitar in and latch her up. Easy breezy.
Quality
So far the product is holding up. I play on the road a lot so I'm sure it will hold up and do it's job of protecting the guitar.
Value
Could have been 20$ cheaper.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to deal with them.
The Wow Factor
It's a hard case. If you play on the road you need this. And it will do its job of protecting your investment.

"Dissapointing craftsmanship."

All 3 hinges were installed crooked, which causes them to bind. Over time, my screws will loosen, my hinges will pull apart and then I'll have order more. And then there's the loose stitching. For the money, I expect more. The handle is padded though. That's nice, and my interior was a plush Grey. Beautiful, just not built by people that take pride in their work.I feel this case is 100 dollars too much.

"Case arrived with defects"

This would be a nice case if hadn't arrived with little holes punched in it. The top part didn't line up with the bottom part - so two of the hinges were at an angle. If this were used on the road - it would fall apart quick. When I set up a return - zZounds wants me to pay to have ups pick it up when it is no fault of mine.

Mine arrived flawless, my Ltd EC 1000 deluxe fits in it like a glove! It did take a little slight push to get it in the first time, now it goes in place with just a very slight pressure and is very secure, I think if the case came open while carrying it the duitar would probably stay in place and not fall out. the storage under the neck is big and very handy, case is well padded inside and feels very sturdy. has 3 strong latches though so coming open unexpectedly should never be an issue, midddle latch locks, case came with 2 keys for that middle latch so you have a spare should you loose one, great looking solid case that fits my axe perfectly.

"Not So Good"

I received my guitar case today. The first thing I noticed after un-boxing was that one of the latches on the front of the case would not remain latched. The next thing I noticed was the noxious smell inside the case. I guess that is why the California warning on the website for this case. I will be returning this case and choose another one with better latches and no noxious smells.
