I expect to be satisfied with this projust for at least 15 years. I have heard many jbl and if i had a choice between jblMP418SP and the ev sxa180 I wwill purchase the sxa180 anytime.
Sound
The sound of the sxa180 is beyond words, the sound is beyond awesome. When I was looking for a sub for my mobile dj system i listened and compared this to the mackie swa1801 and the sxa180 just blowed the mackie swa1801 away I with out a doupt would bye the sxa180 over the mackie swa1801any day.
Features
I have 2 sx500+ electro voicee speakers with a numark dimmienson 4 amplifierand a numark dm1200 mixer with the sxa180 as my sub this is awesome system the the sxa180 connects so easy with all of its xlr connextions it is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

this product is made very well. Also couse it comes with a biult in dolly system which makes it very portable

I can only imagine that I might outgrow the unit as is. But, rather than switch cabinets, the beauty of this unit is, you just daisey chain more cabinets. No need to switch unless I plan to use it for a room it's not designed for. This thing is the perfect cabinet for a club band.
Sound
Extremely well made cabinet. Pro quality construction. Sounds like something you would here on a pro concert tour. I love the dolly being incorporated into the contruction design. I can throw the power cable into the back, and the pole for the top cabinet, attach the dolly board to the back and roll it away. The dolly board also protects the amp section during transit. I want more of these. I'll never carry another amp rack that has the weight of a refrigerator. It even has a built in crossover unit to feed to powered top cabinets. I use them with a set of JBL G2 Eon speakers for one of the best sounding compact PA systems I ever heard.

Quality
I am a professional pyrotechnic that works in the pro sound world including shows like Disney on Ice, Ringling Bros./Barnum-Bailey, and concerts like Kid Rock, Britney Spears, Creed, Willie Nelson, George Jones and many, many others. The quality of these cabinets are as good as anything I've seen on tour.
Value
I'm forty-six years old and I've seen allot of speaker cabinets. I think for the quality and construction, they are a steal. I plan to buy at least two more. SOON!
