"Best sounding wah ever"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
If something happened to this one , I`d buy another one today.
Sound
This has a faster sweep, and a better range than any other I`ve ever used. This is the sound I`ve been trying to find for years. I`ve been playing 40 years, and this is the best sound I`ve found
Value
When I find "THE" sound I`ve been looking for , this long, I don`t care what it costs.

"Know what you're looking for when shopping for a wah."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

If this thing stops working or falls apart (which it never will) i would replace with the same model.
Sound
The sound is extremely throaty and is primarily used to change the tones produced by my guitars. This is not a wah that should be used for the simple wah wah effect. If this is what you are looking for, by a standard dunlop what; however, if you want cutting edge tones for metal and blues rock, this wah is perfect.
Features
A plain and simple wah and the fasel inductor is an excellent feature on this wah. I wouldn't change a thing on this wah.
Ease of Use
Great Wah!!! I have been in search of this sound for so long and this is the first wah to deliver. Although there is a definite learning curve when compared to normal wahs, once you get the hand of it, there's no going back.
Quality
Very solid construction. Mine had one cosmetic blemish (i think) as it was purchased as a blem'd item; however, I haven't seemed to find any visible blemished on the pedal as this thing is made like a tank and it will last forever.
Value
Although I highly support both zakk and dunlop products, the price on this wah is a bit extreme at regular price. However, when paying the blem pricing, I feel that it is worth every single penny.
Manufacturer Support
No need to use, this thing works perfectly.
The Wow Factor
Wahs aren't very sexy however, this thing has wonderful construction and a great raw look.

"The Metal Players Wah"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This review has been selected by our experts as particularly helpful.
i'll be satisfied until they make it customizable then i'll want that one. Its an awesome pedal for those heavy rhythm riffs if u wanna have a cool wah rhythm. If it was stolen i'd more than likely replace it.
Sound
Its Got a very "heavy metal" wah wah tone. Its has a really growly/heavy tone to it. I more so prefer it for rhythm stuff with a wah because the sweep is so wide on it. i found that this wah sounds much better with anywhere between mild - high distortion. Its not a good blues wah probably.
Features
It came with a pick, sticker, treadle adjuster, basic info and 2 mxr and wah brochures. The wah itself didnt come with any special features, just plug and play. It has a really nice look to it, looks like it was built like a tank, basic yet in a way still intimidating
Ease of Use
Plug it in and just go for it. You cant modify the sound at all so what u hear is what u get, but i personally dig the soun a lot.
Quality
Built well, if Zakk wylde can stomp on it all night why cant we? Dunlop wahs in general are very reliable so i dont worry about this wah breaking at all, if so i have a db-01 aswell so no future problems. I will definately give it a home on my pedal board.
Value
It wasnt too expensive, im sure the price is jacked up another 20-50 bucks because zakk wylde's name is on it. But its a great sounding wah, even with a fully adjustable wah you cant make them sound like this
Manufacturer Support
Havent had to use them, but ive heard good things
The Wow Factor
Very sleek, i already had a wah and i bought this one, i couldnt put it down.

"All Zakk Tone"

Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
Sound
The ZW pedal is built with very high quality and looks great. It does not have any adjustments so it is limited in the tone that it gets. So, if you like the ZW tone then this product is perfect.
Features
The pedal does come with a tension adjustment wrench which is quite nice. Its either on or off and when its on its only the ZW tone which is a bit extreme for my taste.
Quality
Built like a tank
Value
