This pedal will be around for quite some time on my board, the first night I had it I spent 4+ hours just jamming out and having a blast...looking forward to loading it up with some of my own drum loops etc....
Sound
I found the reproduced sound of the loops was transparent, very clear and one would be hard pressed to tell the difference between live and recorded!
Features
They included the power supply!Sweet! The ability to have memroy cards holding my loops is brilliant!
Ease of Use
Very easy, right out of the box I was laying down loops....there is a small curve but the manual is clear...
Quality
Very well made, everything that shuold be tight is tight, good finish and feels very solid
Value
With the included power supply this is a great value!
Manufacturer Support
Digitech support is awesome, I have called them looking for parts and pieces and to ask questions cuz I'm a knucklehead but they always impress me with knowledge they have and willingness to take the time to explain something to me or walk me through a process etc...
The Wow Factor
This is a very appeasling product to me in the sense that if it went missing or was broken I would replace it, very valuable tool for learning and creativity

I probably will spring for the optional footswitch.
Sound
Sound quality is exactly what you put into it.
Features
Included is a power supply. Holds about 30 minutes out of the box. With an SD card you can have a life time of loops. How many do you need for a gig?
Ease of Use
I am older. I don't want to have to have an engineering degree to operate something that is suppose to make my life wonderful. I plugged it in and was up and running. Read the manual later to see if I was doing it right. Took a couple times to start and stop on time. After that hardly missed a beat doing it.
Quality
Good sturdy pedal.

"Jam buddy who's always around... for a great price."

I gave this a 9 overall only because of the foot switch. If it had the button style switch it would be a 10 in my book.
Sound
Great sound - loops created are indistinguishable from real playing.
Features
Excellent feature selection. Especially being able to back-up and manage loops on a home computer. Also good is the ability to adjust the tempo of a loop without altering the pitch. Though I don't use them that often, the provided drum tracks are good enough in a pinch. Plus, the ability to add more memory is very good.
Ease of Use
I rated this an 8 because it is one of the more complicated pedals, but that really has to do with the type of pedal. Otherwise, the Jam Man has a well designed interface considering the available functionality.
Quality
I gave this an 8 only because of the style of foot switch used. The button style seems to be more durable in the long run.
Value
Excellent functionality and value for the price.
Manufacturer Support
I haven't had a reason to use support so I left this unselected
The Wow Factor
A very practical addition to my setup.

This pedal is pretty cool, once you understand how to operate it. You can build some very nice loops, and you will be surprised how full a sound you get when everything is added.
