I have been wanting to build a "mirco" system for some time. Something that I could use for small events or grab for the last min house party and I am happy to say I found it!!! I ordered this for Ceremony portion or a wedding but unfortunately due to poor planning on my part it didn't make it in time... But I got a second chance a few days later. the Envoi is so compact and easy to set up! it literality took me 2 mins to set up. Unclip the speakers, unwind the speaker cables that store in the unit, plug them in and that was it! The sound is great! It will not shake the ground by any means (6" woofer after all) but it was very clean sound! it was great for the ceremony music and mic'ing up the pastor. I cant wait to add a DDJ-SB or other USB powered controller because then i will be all battery powered for those short remote gigs!
