"Better Than The Original!!!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

I owned the original DN-MC6000 and the MC6000MK2 is an amazing upgrade from that. It is much easier to set up, more stable, sound quality is amazing and Serato DJ is simply the best. The MC6000MK2 took care of all the glitches the original had. Serato DJ software is very stable and the effects are amazing. The best thing is that you can still use the MC6000MK2 with VirtualDJ and Traktor or map to any other software program. The current DVS support in Serato makes it an even better investment for DJs with a tight budget or torn between going full digital or using DVS. Now you can use both and at the same time. It has plenty of inputs to connect CDJs, Turntables, etc. Has balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) Main outputs. Plus balanced (TRS) Booth output. It is compact without sacrificing build and sound quality. Highly Recommended!!! My only complaint is the external power supply. Would prefer internal power supply with an IEC connection but its not a deal breaker.
Sound
Sound quality is crystal clear with great dynamics.
Features
The features of the MC6000MK2 are well thought out with endless possibilities. You can use four or more digital decks, two CDJs/Turntables and two digital decks or two CDJs and two Turntables for DVS use. Plus you can switch back and forth between all with ease. You have control over effects, hot cues, sampling and more with Serato DJ. You get maximum flexibility with the Denon MC6000MK2.
Ease of Use
It is very easy to use and set up.
Quality
The MC6000MK2 is built tough and ready for the road. All the faders and pots are smooth and solid. Built to last and give you many years of service. Denon is top Quality.
Value
For the price, features, build quality, flexibility and amazing sound quality it is the best deal on the market.
Manufacturer Support
Have not had a reason to contact support.
The Wow Factor
The Denon MC6000MK2 looks sleek and professional in any set up.

"Great Dj Controller"

This a great controller. I was impressed with the overall appearance and performance. I've always been a Denon fan, and they don't disappoint here. I currently use both Virtual Dj and Serato with this controller and yet to have any issues with either program. I can mix up to four tracks with ease, and videos with no problem. Sound quality is awesome, don't even turn up the master much and speakers are blasting. The 2 mic features is a plus, I have used 2 mics at the same time on this board and it holds up flawlessly. I've been using this controller for a couple of months and yet to have an issue. I normally do anywhere from 50 - 80 dj gigs a year, so i'll be using this controller quiet a bit.

I have the first Denon MC6000 controller and loved it right out of the box. The MK2 is a wonderful step up. I just started using Serato, and have just about every other DJ software there is. Using Serato is a breeze with this controller. I upgraded Serato and use it with Video. Now I'm free to really get creative. Top Notch

"Perfect for a mobile DJ."

I am a mobile DJ that does Weddings. These gigs are high stress and leave very little room for equipment failure. The MC6000MK2 is a perfect professional quality machine with everything you need for a great performance. The inputs allow me to have an iPad already plugged in with a DJ app, ready to go in case my laptop decides to give me problems. It is a stand alone mixer which gives me added piece of mind during a gig. Having 2 Mic inputs is a must for mobile DJs. I connect a wired mic for me and have a wireless mic connected for speeches and announcements. I run both Virtual DJ and Serato and they both work flawlessly without me having to map anything. On occasion, I do club gigs. Sometimes the house DJs give me Flak for using a controller. but as soon as they see how easily I integrate the controller into the house system they usually have a change of attitude. Especially when I have 2 CDJs hooked up to the system. I use Serato for clubs and Virtual DJ for Weddings. This gives me the flexibility that many DJs do not have. The soundcard is excellent but not as good as my NI external card that I used on my other controller. My only gripe is the lack of a replaceable crossfader. I am always scared of faders failing. All in all this is a quality machine that fulfilled everything I needed in a controller. It does not disappoint.

"DJ Flake loves his Denon DN-MC6000MK2..."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

Overall this is a well rounded DJ controller. It has plenty of features. I really love the smaller size compared to my Pioneer DDJSX. This unit has the quality and response that Denon has always been known for. I would definitely recommend this controller as a primary or a backup unit. GREAT Job Denon. And thanks to ZZOUNDS for beating the competitors prices.

This is my second / third product from zzounds and they are awesome...I said second / third because i ordered the dn-mc6000mk2 which works a lot better with serato than vjd instead of the the denon dn-mc6000 which works a lot better with vdj. delivery was spot on and the exchange / return went smoothly. The staff was profession and courteous. Cant say much about the MK2...But knowing Denon it should be awesome.
