I have owned these for about a year now and figured it is time to write a review. They are not designed to be professional studio reference monitors as they are not extremely flat and do not have XLR inputs. They are great for general audio playback, and get loud for how small they are. They are very solid and well built and have a good sound quality, after a year they still sound as good as the day I bought them. They should still be good enough for mixing for the novice home recording engineer (they are good enough for me). I just ordered the subwoofer that goes with them to add a little thump when listening to electronic music. I have not needed manufacturer support.
