I have replaced it
Sound
I bought one of these and was blown away by the sound. I was able to use the channels effectively setting one up as a lead sound with higher volume for solos. There is plenty of gain if you need high gain. I found it a bit noisey at high gain levels, but with the amp dialed in for my taste, mostly classic rock, I was really getting great sustain and tone at the lower gain settings. The amp is heavy and well constructed. After about a week, the amp failed mid song. I replaced the fuse and it came on for two seconds and failed again to become a useless paperweight. I have since exchanged it for a Marshall. I was trying to save money and figured that the technology was pretty simple with this type of tube amp, and was hoping I would not have problems. This amp sounded great while it was working. I never got to crank it up past 3 or 4, it was a monster when it worked.
Features
The features were simple and straight forward enough.
Ease of Use
It was easy to use.
Quality
I have never had an amplifier quit in the middle of a song before. This pretty much shattered my confidence, and with gigs I just won't chance it. My back up amps are smaller wattage and ok when miked, but I don't always have that option at medium sized gigs.
Value
This might be a great amp if you have access to a tech to go through the amp for you.
Manufacturer Support
The dealer was great, but I could not find any link on Bugeras web site to talk to anyone.
The Wow Factor
Hey its an amp.

"BUGERA 6260 COMBO REVIEW"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Sound
Past laney owner! purchased the Burgera 6260 combo.First impression, sturdy well made construction(and heavy).letting the amp warm up for 10mins, the sound was a bit dissapointing, there was obvious midtone colouration with EQ at flat, pulling back on mid helped, after about 4 hours of use it did seem to improve, so ther could be a burning in of the valves to concider. i purchased a quad matching set of EL34s and adjusted bias setting, this defo sorted the midtone, but at a price of the whole sound sounding thick, not as punchy as the 6L6s. again swapped to the original Burgera 6L6s and kept useing untill a definate improvement was apparent, so there is a definate burning in process. This is a lot of kit for the price, only time will reveal if its reliable. this amp has certainly got umph, deep deep grunts to bright highs.
