the PMP530M is fantastic. I was a little concerned when the box arrived and it was incredibly light! There was something in there bu I was expecting it to be heavy, but technology has certainly made some advances!! This mixer has solved our on stage monitor problems. It gives clean, clear, and powerful sound. We knew we needed it but we did not realize how bad our old mixer sounded until we plugged this one in. Great buy at a great price! Thanks!!

"Great powered mixer - ONE little limitation"

I bought this mixer to run some open mic nights, and as a monitor mix/amp for on stage. It works awesome, the feedback FBQ circuit works as advertised, and it is super loud and SUPER light. Carry it with one finger by the handle. I wanted to use this on stage as a vocal mixer and power the monitors, and output the mixed signal to other amps to power the mains. The ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS UNIT IS THERE ISNT A 1/4" OR XLR OUTPUT. The only way to output your signal into another amp is via RCA outputs, which if there is any distance between you and the amps is not desirable. Plus you need to make sure your amp has RCA inputs, or you have to covert the signal. I have found that using it this way works - but I have a harder time controlling feedback through the mains. If you don't care about that, get this thing - it rocks! But, if you buy it thinking there has to be SOME sort of monitor out via 1/4" or XLR - there isn't....

Cudo's to ZZ sounds on the amazingly fast delivery. Ordered it on a thursday afternoon & had it at my door the next day! ground shipping. I'm in long Island, NY & they must have sent it from somewhere in New Jersey. Only used it a couple of times. I use it for a weekly open mike jam in a midsize/small club. It has enough power to handle the gig. We have a live drummer, guitar players with amps. we don't play very loud. But this baby handle the load no problem. Not for big gigs, but great for the small stuff. The effects are cheesy at best. the effects processor has too many choices that have a variety of the same cheesy sound. I had to keep the effect level to a whisper. just enough to take out the dryness. Otherwise, it's a great deal for the $$!! .. It's very light. it feels like it weighs a half a pound. it's super light. Go for it!
