Simple to use, and does the job magnificently. I trust Behrenger and would buy another if lost or broken.
Sound
I bought this pedal for my Classical electric because it was without a built in preamp. It has plenty of gain, and is very clean. The treble and bass controls help to balance the sound to make it natural sounding. It will also allow you to overdrive the input of your amp for standard electric guitars as well, to get just the amount of dirt you need !
Features
The treble and bass controls are adequate for shaping the tone the way you like it. More controls would have been helpful, but it works well as it is. The case is plastic as with all Behringer products, but with care it should last for a long long time.
Ease of Use
With just three controls and an on off switch, it is easy to use.
Quality
Plastic cases are sometimes delicate, but I have not broken a Behrenger product yet in several years of use !
Value
Great low price, worth much more than the asking price.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed support as yet, but would expect great service from the company if needed.
The Wow Factor
Nessisary for my unamplified classical guitar.

"Do you need a volume booster on your board? Here it is!"

I have thought several times about replacing this as my clean volume booster. There just isn't anything that I really think would be better. The durability is the only real concern, but I'm not a touring pro. It should hold up fine on my weenie gigs.
Sound
Clean clean boost.
Features
Being able to cut/boost treble is nice. Let's you do your volume boost and make it sound more like a pickup switch. I make mine trebly to sound like a neck to bridge swap.
Ease of Use
Couldn't be simpler.
Quality
It's still plastic housing. The rubber can sometimes fall off on these as well. Durable enough but not impressive.
Value
Behringer is almost always the best bang for the buck.
Manufacturer Support
Didn't Use.
The Wow Factor
Not great looking. No brand name appeal. Still, it doesn't look like an insult to your pedalboard the way a Danelectro would.
