I bought these 49.95 sale very disappointed , in direct comparison to other "S" brand headphones these fell short , monitoring heavy guitar rock-metal guitar from processor. the bass was so so, mids absent missing a lot of music other phones reproduced and treble so so again missing a lot of clarity . I returned them paid 26 bucks to ship rip off . comfortable and adequate for elevator music but far from best at this price big name and 53 mm drivers don't equal best or good at this price see reviews other brands this price

Comfortable, sounds decent enough given the price. Would not use them to hammer nails.
Manufacture Support gets a 3 because I never had to call them. Why "N/A" is not a choice I don't know.
