i have amps that are older.i tend to keep them.
Sound
i think this combo has received some negative reveiws by some musicians for a lack of not knowing how to adjust the settings that are offered.most do not have any idea how to fine tune the controls. this is a very well built amp.more bottom than you need, and more highs than you should use.
Features
horn level control very important.line out ts jack, line out xlr pre/post effects loop.
Ease of Use
manual could be better with some ideas for presets. takes time to find what you hear in your mind. as much as musicians want to plug and play slow down and listen.
Quality
my ba300/115 is built very well. 1 have a ampeg ba115 also.both combos are well made.i link the ba300 to the ba115 using the line out ts jack.you would have to hear it to believe it. take care of it and will take care of you.
Value
this combo is worth the selling price.myself i purchased a Bstock for a very very good price.i had read some reveiws, and felt the people writing them did not have a clue as to how to adjust setting controls.
Manufacturer Support
ampeg tech service has been very helpful.no repairs
The Wow Factor
it is a Ampeg
