Alvarez RD210 Acoustic Customer Review

Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I do enjoy playing this guitar. I play rock/blues and I'm a basic rhythm player. If this got stolen I would replace it with the same. I do enjoy the sound and look, except for the pickgaurd which is cheap looking.
Sound
I enjoy the sound of this guitar. I've owned and Ibanez AE and, to me, this has a richer sound. I tend to strum up from the sound hole a bit to get the tones I like.
Ease of Use
This guitar is setup with a lower action than many acoustics I've played and is easy to play.
Quality
So far it stays in tune for me , and I will strum hard and loud with it when I can. The tuners seem cheep but hold up. I don't like the look of the pick guard, but I'm glad it's there. Cheap plastic strap button. Nice finish, I own the natural, and the pearl rosette looks nice. Overall it's a handsome guitar.
Value
I do enjoy this guitar overall and it's a great first guitar.

"Better than you think"

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars

I bought a used one but it was in great condition and looks brand new. I like its warm tone and is easy to play. I am a rhythm player and its perfect for what I do. However, for a while I had trouble with the "G" string tuning key. It seemed to reach its max before being completely tuned. After a while the problem corrected itself. Maybe it was the strings I used or something else. Other than that it turned out to be a better guitar than I thought it would be.

Overall: 4 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Sound
The sound is very bright. It's a beautiful guitar for the price. I bought it for it's charming looks and price,,,,,,,,, well that was part of it. I wanted a easier playing guitar. This one is easy. Slim kneck make chording easy. Can't go wrong with this purchase. Unless you got a few grand to get a good Martin
Features
I wish it had a strap button on the kneck. It only has one on the back.
Ease of Use
Easy to play. Love it
Quality
Looks well made. Very pretty guitar.
Manufacturer Support
Not sure. Never had to do it. My local music shop is a authorized repair agent. I hope if anything happens this will help me.
The Wow Factor
I love mine. It has a unique look because the spruce top has been stained to mach the mahagony sides and back.
