Feature:
everyones knows it has 11 amp types and 11 effects...im not big on the effects..the reverb is pretty cool though...the 11 amp types make up for this by far,though. I wouldve given it a 10, but no footswitch...
Quality:
Its seems as solid as a brick wall, a small brick wall I guess!? Wear and tear is univoidable if your gigging with it regularly,but it seems like it will be around for a looooonnnnnnnnng time.
Value:
Best amp for the money...I compared this to a few Laneys, a few fenders,marshalls,line 6,peavey,roland,etc etc blah blah blah....
This amp was and is still the best ive heard so far.
Desirability:
It looks badass...Ill probably spraypaint the grille black, but thats just me...as it is though, looks pretty awesome
Sound:
You can pretty much get any sound out of it you want. I mainly play blues/rock music, and I even use the "UK Modern" amp type (tweaked a little of course) just cause it sounds that good. The boutique clean is amazing and is perfect for things like srv's "lenny" and Hendrixs "the wind cries mary"....overall awesome tone
Ease of Use:
Just read the manual...I didnt, thats why some of its still complicated...but when I decide to read it, im sure it will be very easy to use.
Support:
I haven't needed them thus far...Knocking on wood.
Overall:
The only mistake I made with gettin this amp was not buying the footswitch with it...its loud....no,you dont understand....very very very very loud....Loud, as in half my block steps outside,because they dont know what the hells going on...Thats why I got the 2x12...it maintains its tone while lettin the whole neighborhood know whos boss.

Sound:
At volume this amp is dead on. I moved from a fender twin to this amp because I needed something more reliable. I play allot of shows and from transporting my twin every other day its takin a beating. I got to the point that I had to by a small Crate amp just for back up. Not any more. This amp sounds great and has enough power to play anywhere.
Ease of Use:
The effects are fine most of the time but send loop is perfect. I love the tone of this amp.
Support:
Dunno, but I hear they are great when needed
Overall:
I read all the the reviews and said to myself come on it cant be that good. I went to the local music store and tried it out. It is that good. I came right home logged into Zzsounds and bought it. My wife was upset untill she heard it. She hates how much money I spend on my playing. She has not said a bad thing to me all week ;)
