The Sabian 15002SXB Classic Evo package also known as the "Classic Evo Stax", includes a 14" HHX Evolution Mini Chinese stacked on top of an 18" HHX Evolution Crash. Dave Weckl is a pioneer of playing stacks, and his original 14" Evolution Mini China over an 18" Evolution Crash offers up a big menu of sound on its multiple surfaces: the tight, bright bow of the china, the longer, deeper note on the edge of the China, and the sustained, musical effect on the edge of the Crash.
