The Elite Series of fine audio racks are of knock down construction using the highest grade of fused 3/4 inch melamine. They come equipped with 11-gauge steel rack rail and the finest knockdown furniture hardware available. The ERK has a depth of 20 inches to accommodate all gear options. Attractive plexi front doors and solid melamine rear door are now offered as options. Available in ebony fleck and maple. Furniture grade casters are standard on 12 spaces and larger. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Raxxess products.

"Nice rack for standalone but two or more look tacky because no two are the same height!"
Feature: These are nice looking racks that seem sturdier than I would have thought for the materials it is made of. Rails are heavy duty and I have them maxed out with no wobbling or cracking. Ease of Use: It appears that someone took the time to really engineer the hardware as to lend the best stability from the 'pressed board' main structure. I took my time to assemble them and it took about 30 mins to turn all the screws by hand. Quality: I bought two at the same time but they are not the exact same height! Yes I can get the 20 spaces but they sit flat on the floor with about 3/8" difference in the overall height. Not sure what was going on in the factory when they cut the sides out but this put a wrinkle in my plans to place them side by side. Otherwise it would look like some cheap jackleg I built. Value: I have the black racks which look nice with the wood grain along side my maple/black work desk. They get the job done for a fraction of the steel racks and look good overall. The Wow Factor: Black is sexy! Especially in the edit suite under medium lights! Overall: I only dropped my score because of the obvious quality control problem if two 'identical' units are not the same height!!!!
