I honestly didn't know what to expect from this amp as there a very few reviews available online. I have owned amps by Blackstar HT5r, Jet City JCA 2212C and Peavey VTM's, Windsor, and a ValveKing before and this amp stacks up to and in some cases exceeds any of those I have tried. Randall has done the guitar player well with this little beast of beauty. 50 watts, 2 channels with separate sets of eq, gain and levels and global Master Reverb and global Master Volume controls. In 25 years of experience I can't tell you how important and useful a master volume is when buying amps 30 or 40 watts and above when you need lower volume but massive sound. It looks GREAT with a polished metal grill allowing the Celestian 70/80 to show. It's sleek and modern looking and is rather heavy but seems to be very well built. The foot switch is excellent with a metal enclosure, long cord, lit channel selector LEDS, reverb on/off and an effects loop bypass switch. The clean channel is excellent. You can go from warm and smooth to bright, jangly highs with it's tone controls and/or the flip of it' clean channel bright switch. Need I even mention it's dirty channel? Talk about range! Go from a slight bluesy breakup to modern, drenching overdrive, it's all there. The closed back cabinet provides a good bottom end with out sounding boxy or thumpy. The amp is quite large for a 112 but I believe in this case the end result is worth it.
