The Merida Trajan T5 has been beautifully handcrafted incorporating both modern and traditional Spanish building methods. It boasts a genuine Spanish-style heel (not a dovetail neck joint), a bi-flex truss rod for neck adjustability, a traditional fan braced cedar top and gorgeous, rich mahogany back and sides. The neck is made of mahogany, the nut and saddle are Graphtech TUSQ.

This relatively inexpensive instrument is my new "go to" guitar! I picked one up in a store near my home and thought I was playing a $600.00 guitar. I really don't know how they've been able to get so much sound and warmth out of such an inexpensive guitar. The fretwork and overall quality and playability are truly impressive. I am completely satisfied and impressed. As we approach "bonus season", I will be making a purchase of a T25-CES.

I called the company to find out if I could get a catalog as I'm interested in getting another cutaway/electric model (T25ces). The person on the phone was SUPER nice and surprisingly knowledgeable! Their catalog is unbelievably high quality too and arrived in two days, with a T-shirt! Super nice gesture!
