Feature:
It did include hardware, but I changed it to my favourite gear. Not that it's bad stuff but it was not as responsive as that which i am used to.
Quality:
The drums are made very well. They are durable and the colours finish is excellent. I actually can't think of anything negative except that the hardware although great for a beginner, is a bit inferior for advanced musicians.
Value:
The kit is way under priced for what you get. Pick one up before they realize what they've produced!
Desirability:
I think that the appeal goes beyond all of the above mentioned attributes in that because of the kit's sheer size, it makes the drummer playing them much more visible to the audience than with other drum sets. It's very nice to be seen especially when you have stage presence - if you don't you'll soon learn to develop some!
Sound:
For the size of this kit, the sound is un-equalled. The quality of sound it produces is that of a full sized set costing at least twice the price. In fact I would go as far as to say that these drums sing better than some of the more expensive higher end kits. I had to learn how to tune them to achieve the sound I have been playing with for the past ten years, but once I got it - that was it! Not only does it sound great, but it's small size makes it easy and fun to gig anywhere and set up/breakdown is a breeze. I also used it on my last recording gig and it sounded friggin' great! I have never been happier with any other kit I've owned or played. You don't even have to muffle the toms - especially live they stand on their own. I just threw on my favourite hardware, changed the heads and away I went. If you purchase these drums be aware - being that the bass drum is so small, you will NOT need as much muffling as you would in like a 22" drum. A pillow is way too much and you'll just get frustrated trying to tune it that way. The only way I found to get that kickin' thump with a crisp attack is to use an 18" floor tom head on the beater side, tune it fairly tight up front and fairly loose in the back. Stuff it with a small blanket and keep it close to the inside of the beater head. Your bass drum will sound thunderous. You'll dig it!
Overall:
I believe this may very well be the last accoustic drum kit I buy. I am completely satisfied with it.

Feature:
I didn't get any hardware ( used my existing stuff) but the tom mount is nice. The bass drum spurs are a little noisy when you set them up, but who cares?
Quality:
The wrap looks a little... generic, but they've got to keep costs down somewhere. I've had no problems with it.
Sound:
This is just an amazing little set. I've used it on very quiet jazz gigs (acoustic flute & guitar) on outdoor festivls with a prog-rock band, and in blues clubs. For the louder gigs, I set it up with Remo Pinstripes on the toms and bass, and swapped out the snare for a beefy Rogers Dynasonic. For the jazz stuff I put coated Ambassadors on the toms and an Emperor on the bass drum. No muffling on anything.
ON the quiet gigs I tuned the drums as low as they can go and get to use all sorts of pitch bends and artifacts. Very cool acoustically. The weakest spot is the snare throw-off. The drum sounds prety good once you get rid of the factory heads, (They're useless, top and bottom, the the throw-off is where Mapex really cheaped out.I usually use a full size snare. I put a Fiberskyn on the 12" drum though and it sounds pretty good. Overall, if you need a small footprint and unless you can drop 3G on a DW set, this this the way to go.
Ease of Use:
This set tunes up great! THe shells sre round, the lugs are good. No problems
Overall:
I'm keeping this until I get enough money for a DW jazz set. THAT'S gonna be awhile.
