The Meridian Black Viper is a Special Edition set with a limited quantity and most importantly unique in its look and sound. The Meridian Black Viper is a Player Designed set directly filling the needs of the drummer wanting a different set up, look, and sound. The shell material along with the special interior coating make this a very interesting and set.

The Viper 5-piece shell pack includes a 12-inch rack tom mountable on any stand, 14 and 16-inch short floor toms for quick response and tone, 14 inch snare drum and a 22 inch virgin bass drum. The 1 up and 2 down set up makes for a closer ride cymbal position and gives the entire set a tighter feel making it easier to play. The unique Birch / Maple mix shell, Isolated Tom Suspension (ITS) mounts, and the virgin bass drum all provide enhanced resonance and work together to make the Viper sound big! The shell interior carries an inner black finish to enhance resonance and projection.
