The main kit is awesome for its price.
Features
Not very realistic feel, but looks cool.
Ease of Use
NOOOO problems hooking it up. Couldn't be easier.
Quality
Beyond the bad posts about its structural fortitude; if you don't play it like a metal-head, it will hold up
Value
Nothing beats the value of this kit or it's cymbals. Ive had mine for 2 1/2 years. Still works like a dream. Instantly useable with vst drum kits via midi.
Manufacturer Support
Didnt have to deal with them :-). The best customer service is the kind you don't need.
