This dynamic 2 x 12 in. ported guitar cabinet is designed for monster tone and performance. And of course, who better to recognize great tone than George Lynch! After many years as a Genz Benz 4 x 12 endorser, George has labeled this design as the cabinet he is proud to put his name on. The unique design features multiple ports and a flexed baffle. The porting produces a punchy low-end crunch, while the flex reduces the boomy standing waves and increases the projection of the GBE 1240-V75 speakers. The result is a huge sounding 2 x 12 in. cabinet with rich, distinctive tone, which can out-perform many 4 x 12's. Wired for mono or stereo operation.

Genz Benz guitar cabinets are designed to deliver the tone and dynamics of today's music and to visually excite any stage. All models are constructed from 3/4 in. multi-layer plywood and feature dense fiberboard baffles, black vinyl covering, and heavy-uty round perforated speaker grills. Each model comes standard with their GBE 1240-V75 loudspeaker. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Genz-Benz products.

Sound: I am using this as kind of a sub-module. I have a Marshall 1959slpx, 2 Marshall 1960a, and 2 GB 212g-flex on the bottom. Because of the connection options on the Genz, I can run all 4 cabs from my Plexi. The only way to describe it is GOD of THUNDERCHUNK! Feature: Connection options are second to none! Ease of Use: The Best Quality: Top notch build quality. Like a tank! Value: You get what you pay for, and then some. Manufacturer Support: Give em a call and Jeff will get right on the phone! The Wow Factor: Great looking cab. Stellar design. Overall: Everything about this cab is top notch. USA build quality, and stellar performance second to none. You just can't get any better. End of story!

Sound: I had one of these cabs about 10 years ago with a Hughes and Kettner solid state head and had to sell it to pay bills when I was in college. Now I have a decent job, and a Mesa Dual Rectifier Head. I've blown away guys with half stacks because this cab cuts through anything. The bass player could feel the low end coming out of the ports. Don't let the size fool you, and don't get it unless you have a 4 ohm out on your head. Otherwise you're missing out on some serious power. Feature: The cabinet is solid. Speakers have incredible tone. The handles are key. Ease of Use: I'm using an '85 Japanese Strat with vintage noiseless pickups and a SD Hot Rails stacked humbucker in the bridge. I use a 3 channel Mesa head and a Boss DS-1 (yes a pedal with a Mesa head, a real faux pas). Basically, plug in and play. Quality: The one I got was damaged in shipping, but zzounds is letting me exchange it. Value: Definitely worth it! Manufacturer Support: Called the manufacturer about the warranty and spoke with Jeff Genz, very friendly! The Wow Factor: Dead sexy. Overall: I'll never want anything else!
