"Great product abandoned by its creators."

I hate that it was discontinued and the way in which the developers handled the discontinuation.
Sound
This is a really neat and unique product (I have two of the controllers, to set up a sound library on two workstations) but its developer (Native Instruments) just discontinued it to focus on more me-too products like beat-making. Poor business decision. Horrible execution in regards to hoe they've treated their users in this situation.
Features
I wish it weren't discontinued.
Ease of Use
Maybe complex at first glance but it's actually quite logical.
Quality
The first controller was less than perfect with the buttons being a bit mushy but I read that this new version was just fine (I wish I had one).
Value
this is truly a unique product with no parallel in the market. a foolish move by NI to discontinue it.
Manufacturer Support
Check out the forums... I've read that phone support is good but email support is horrible. I've never contacted support.
The Wow Factor
It's a pretty slick device but I hear that the newer controller (version 2) is an improvement over my original version, so I guess it's more sexy in the version on sale here.
