This mandolin is a keeper.
Sound
Nice tones right out of the box.
Features
really nice hard case.
Ease of Use
Just tuned it up and started playing. Action was really sweet.
Quality
Not sure yet, This is our first Washburn. So far no complaints.
Value
We purchased our unit as a "blemished" for only $359.95 (The only blemished one in stock). The only blemish we could really see was a nick in the case.

Can't comment on support, never needed it.
The Wow Factor

I love the quality, sound, and beauty of the mandolin. It is my first-ever. Mandolin. And I'm loving it. I have looked. Around and have. Not seen anything that comes close. To what the Washburn mandolin looks or play's. Like. Thanks. Zzoundz and Washburn.

"Loved the Mandolin"

I am currently taking an online video exchange class for the mandolin. I was previously using a mandolin with a laminate top. This is definately an improvement withe the solid top and the fretting was spot on. The tail piece was also a great contributing factor in my choice. Because a mandolin has such a bright sound, it is important to find the fullness anyway you can and the heavier tail piece adds to it I am sure.

Musical Background:

I have been into music for most of my life. I am a singer/song writer. I jam locally, and play over the internet for class.
