I plan to keep this guitar forever. If the guitar were lost or stolen I would replace it with the same thing.
Sound
I use the Wasburn 12 string with my Fender Cyber Twin amp and it sounds awesome. I never get tired of playing this guitar.
Features
For the price, I don't think this guitar can be beat.
Ease of Use
This guitar sounds great with or without an amp. The company claims that the guitar will sound better with age. I think it sounds great now.
Quality
The guitar seems solid. I should get many years of enjoyment out of this guitar.
Value
This guitar is well worth the price. I think the guitar is under priced.
Manufacturer Support
I havn't had to deal with the company.
The Wow Factor
For the money, the guitar looks great.

"ZZOUNDS does not B.S. about price matching. I found it advertized so low, I thought they would tell me to buy it there. Nope,"

I chose it because I am familiar with the companies acoustic guitars.
It does more than I thought it capable. Again I cannot stress my love for the "BUZZ" tuning system.
If it were stolen I would probably replace it.
Sound
I had an old 87 Washburn 12 string that got ruined in a basement flood.
I never could figure out what made that guitar sound so good. As the years went by it got gigged to death, abused, and sounded even better. This guitar; Out of the box is quite impressive, just a quick tune and "WOW"!!
Intonation was spot on, that has to be the "BUZZ System". Usually if you do not pay top dollar for a 12 string you will have intonation problems.
The sound is full, rich and warm, it is very ariculate. They have also switched to the Fishman preamp, better sound but, no XLR. A good trade off though.
Features
My old one had gold Gover machines amd a tortoise pickguard.
This has good machines, I think most are just pretty good even on low end guitars these days. The Fishman uprade is great. I was not expecting that.
But really this "buzz" tuning sytem is outstanding. I have always had problems with intonation on my 12 string acoustics. I know it has been around for years just never happened to come as an option on any guitar
I have purchased.
Ease of Use
Like I said it plays beautifully, stays in tune.
What else can I say it is a 12 string. It sound good enough for studio use, but I primarily bought this as a party guitar (camping, jammin w/ friends, parties). Too bad it is so pretty, cuz it is gonna get broken in soon.
For me a 12 is a great song writing tool also, full sound, the illusion of another guitar.
Quality
For the price "UNBEATABLE". No blemishes, scalloped braceing, not a drop of excess glue inside. Yes, I got the scope out.
The binding is good, no visible flaws on mine.
Value
Doolar for Dollar you can do no better.
Manufacturer Support
Have not had to.
