I plugged my guitar into this pedal and there was that thick swirling sound I've loved since I first heard Robin Trower's "Bridge of Sighs" album many years ago. A few tweaks and I was able to get David Gilmour's tones from "Breathe" and "Have a Cigar". Best Uni-Vibe emulator I've tried, hands down.

Musical Background:

I've been playing for over 30 years. Main guitar is Jeff Beck Signature Strat but also play Les Paul Studio and PRS SE Custom 2

Musical Style:

Classic rock, blues, some metal

"I really tried to like it"

If you are going for a darker Magnatone vibe my review will not be for you. The VV produces fair vibe and chorus tones. Personally the chorus did more of the traditional vibe effect than the vibe side. With the intensity cranked the swirling disorder I wanted was almost there but not completely. After using it for twenty minutes I was left wanting more. The novelty ramping function of the stomp button is just that. With the rate less than half, this control didn't change the rate at all. For me, this is another good example of TCE having a fantastic opportunity to blend tech with innovation that only gets 90% there.

Musical Background:

25 Years, playing semi-pro. I play guitar, bass and sing.

Musical Style:

I have played just anout every style but country, and may have done that once or twice by mistake.
