Sound
First of all, I'm a guitar player, not a drummer. I bought this for recording and for someone else to play when I do acoustic gigs. It is well built and the sound is better than I expected. I miked it with a Shure SM 57 and it sounds great, cutting right through the mix with no problem. Tuning is a breeze even for a guitar player like me.

The tuning wrench (supplied) is right inside the sound hole. Easy access and storage.

I haven't needed to deal with the company. I checked out their website and it was pretty informative. Youtube has some good demos
