"I finally got a quality mic stand...!"

Can't imagine wanting another low profile mic stand, unless I can get one that opens to about six inches taller. This one will/should last me as long as I'll need it.
Sound
N/A. It might make a noise if it falls over during a performance, but it hasn't done that yet (unlike my other lesser-quality microphone stands!).
Features
Built very well. Adjusts very easily. 'Feels' like it'll last a while. Prior to purchasing this stand I was using On Stage stands which, while inexpensive, are not very stable, and they feel as though they are about to fall apart any minute! This K & M stand feels as though it will last forever. I would have liked to have had the option to purchase a purpose-made carry bag for it.
I would have given it a 10 if it would have had a couple more cable clamps, and if it could have extended about six inches taller than it does. Other than those two issues I can't fault it.
Ease of Use
Unless someone invents a mic stand that sets itself up...this one is as good as I need.
Quality
Looks great. Works great. Looks and feels like it's made to last forever!
Value
A tad on the expensive side for a low profile (smaller-than-usual) mic stand, otherwise I'd have given it a 10.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had the need to contact K & M support so can't speak to this aspect of the product.
The Wow Factor
Best mic stand I've owned up to this point. But it's a tool to get a job done, not a member of the opposite sex, so no sex appeal to this one. Sorry!

"Not what I thought I was getting."

Not long. I was disappointed.
Sound
N/A This is a mic stand.
Features
This was a boom mic stand. I was disappointed in the height of the stand. I could get it high enough by having the 3 legs close together which forced another 3 inches. Even then, it was just barely high enough to use from a standing position. I would have been much happier if the stand raised up to 5 and a half feet with the boom extension providing the space I wanted between the primary shaft and the mic. This stand is more for someone playing from a sitting position. Either that you need to be a very short person.
Ease of Use
N/A
Quality
It is well made and easy to use. It was not as good as the other boom mic stand I already own.
Value
Depends how you plan to use it, and how tall you are.
Manufacturer Support
I've had no dealings with the company or need for support. I chocked up my disappointment to my failure to look close enough at the specs regarding height.
The Wow Factor
From a looks perspective, it's good, but not functionally.
