It's a $200 guitar. You can't expect too much, especially when it comes to acoustics. I had no problem with the fret-ends being sharp. The neck actually feels great! The strings are garbage and should be replaced immediately so go ahead and add some of those to your cart right now. I recommend the D'Addario EJ26 custom lights. The sound is surprisingly balanced for being such an affordable guitar. it's warm and bright but not too much of either. Tuner works great. I've only plugged it in for a couple minutes but it sounds great there as well. Oh, and it has an adjustable truss rod!! big plus! The BAD part--is i'm going to have to file/sand down the bridge because the action is RIDICULOUSLY high as you go towards the body...like 1/4 inch of the neck! It came with an extra bridge so i'm going to try and take a crack at sanding a mil or 2 off the bottom of the saddle and see if that helps. Other than that I think it's great...again...for $200

Great for playing in the living room, I've strummed pretty hard on this and it can take it. Everything works great on it. Stays in tune good. Frets probably need filed like everyone else is saying but I'm very happy with it.

Tweek it or let someone that knows what they're doing tweek it ... That includes all guitar purchases
Sound
I changed the settings as I always do when purchasing a guitar, and if course had to retune until the string memory was suffice. I haven't had to retune it since (after 3 weeks ... Of course some minor tuning was needed). The eq helped get more low end that I desired.
Features
I like the truss rod feature, I changed the tuners to some more appealing Gibson deluxe tuners. The frets needed a little filing but minor tweaks and adjustments are almost always necessary to obtain desired playability. Most (inexperienced) People want straight out of the box perfection, I suggest bringing any new guitar to someone that knows what they're doing and tell them what you want. My brother worked for Gibson custom shop as a guitar tech and let me know that most companies rely on quantity and not so much perfecting every guitar as everyone's idea of perfect is different.

i.m just a beginner, i bought this guitar from zZounds, they deliverd on time; nothing wrong with guitar. stays in tune well; i carry it to work and practice at my brakes. even carrying it in my car with no case it hold tune well. the build in tuner is very handy for a beginner. the frets could be a little smoother on the neck edge, but i don't see how i could cut my self. a good guitar for the money.

Musical Background:

just play for fun; and enjoyment;;;;a few friends that play well;;

Musical Style:

love all music;

Run as fast as you can from ZZOUNDS.....I purchased this guitar, the auto tune didn't work, the guitar wouldn't hold tune and the best part was that the fret bars were raise, hung over the edge of the guitar and were sharp. I cut myself a few times trying to tune and or play the guitar. I took it to a local shop and laid out another 50 bucks for time and energy but nothing could be done. ZZOUNDS refunded my money (in dribbles) but would not cover the 50 bucks I laid out, and had no sympathy for the cuts (and they were fairly deep) or for the fact that this Ibanez sucked. Run fron there go to a local shop, pay the few dollars more if you are buying a guitar or for that matter anything from ZZOUNDS.....
