The write up was pretty accurate. For a non-relic'd guitar it had a really worn in feel to it. Pickups sound good, very accurate to the 50's strats. This is one of the better values out there & I've seen Fender do this before with other products they have meaning it's under priced for a while then it seems the "secret" gets out & the price goes up so I'd grab one now if you're considering getting one because they'll probably be $1200 range soon enough.

Bar-none best Strat I have ever played! I'm just blown away by the looks, feel and sound. Fretwork is immaculate, rivals guitars costing twice as much. Trem block is huge compared to my mim. I had never played a 7.25" radius and thought I'd hate it, but it's not very different from the 9.5". For a Japanese made instrument this is just an incredible value. Fender is on top right now as far as I'm concerned. Thank you zZounds!

There's something about a Japan made Fender Stratocaster. I bought one and its amazing! I've owned US made Strats as well they are very good, but this Japan built strat plays like butter, tone is amazing and at 799.99 Its a steal. Anyone wanting a strat better get one of these gems before their gone! Good luck!
