Bought used for $149 at Guitar Ranch in Ft Worth. Great little amp. Much better than my Acoustic AG60. Not a ton of power but clean sound. Thanks for the reviews as it gave me some tips about the amp. So far so good

I bought one of these used recently. Does everything I want, guitar and vocals sound good thru it. My only con is that you can not have just reverb on the guitar and not on the vocal channel. If reverb is on, it's on both channels , unless you have the reverb button out on the guitar channel. For me, I want a splash of reverb on the guitar, not on the vocals, because I'm using a vocal effects pedal for the singing so I can add harmony. I dont get why they would let you have chorus on the guitar alone, but not reverb. If that doesnt matter to you, this amp is great. It's loud enough, with a line out if you want to run it to a house pa , it does not mute the speaker, so you have a stage monitor.

"IF DYLAN HAD THIS IN NEWPORT IN '65' THEY WOULD HAVE CHEERED"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Again, after a month, I'm happy as a pig in mud so far.
Sound
Using it with a Martin DC16RGTEAura. With the six Mic Mixes from the Aura,it sounds great. Haven't recorded with it yet, but have an old Teac 3340s Reel-to-Reel, and think I could do "John Barleycorn Must Die" all over again. Love the sound. Like to go clean but the chorus and reverb is irrisistible.
Features
Not sure how I feel about Delay on an Accoustic amp, but it's there if I feel inspired.
Ease of Use
Used to drink a bit when we played. Still could have worked this baby.
Quality
Only have had it a month. So far so good.
Value
Hate spending money, but can't complain
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed any yet
The Wow Factor
Fake brown vinyl isn't the most attractive, but now I'm older, I have a few wrinkles too.

"this is an awesome amp for it's size, take the biggest accoustasonic amp, and downgrade the speaker and the wattage and there yo"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I will be keeping this one, and buying the accoustasonic sfxII for bigger needs, but I will have this one for as long as I am around, and it will be with me where ever I play, even if I get the sfxII.
Sound
my father in-law has the acoustasonic sfxII, and we compared the sound quality of mine with his, now is blew mine away as far as volume goes, but the effects, and features are identical. I have his amp in a smaller package, basically. I don't use any of the effects other than the delay every now and then, cause I run a danelectro cool cat corus box, witch is the best chorus ever. when I run through my amp in my recording studio it's awesome. the effects are better than my roland recording station has. if you want a better chorus buy a danelectro cool cat and run it on the accoustic setting, and put the amps effects on the delay setting, this is the best I have found for 90% of the songs I play.
Features
when I got mine it didn't come with anything. but the footswitch is awesome for it. the least useful feature I think is the phase, and the most useful feature would be the footswitch.
Quality
fender makes the best accoustic amps. thats all that can be said about it.
Value
fender amps gain in value as the age. for instance my dad bought a fender vibrolaux reverb tube amp back in the 60's for $200 cash brand new, and now he can sell it for 1500 +/- a little

"Great Amp- acoustic"

Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Sound
The sound is warm and full. The amp is great in small rooms as it is 32 watts but there is always the line-out for additional power or to a mixing board. Nice effects. We just bought it and have only rehearsed with it once. I also have a mandolin but have not plugged it in to the amp yet. I also play sax so I am curious how it will sound with that. Probably OK.
Features
The amp has a nice built in effects knob with Effects Level control. Some of the effects are a little sappy as they don't 'fit' with the accoustic but that is a matter of style. Like the vibratone. There is no 'rate' control, but thats ok. One of the nicer features is that it is very lightweight.
Quality
The wedge shape makes it nice for my wife to access the controls while she is in a seated position. When we tried it out in our house the volume was adequate. When we practiced at the Dallas International Street Church, an 800 square foot approx. the amp really exhibited the lack of power. We turned it up all the way to 10 and it became a monitor for my wife, at best. I then took a guitar cord line out to line in on the power board. I do wish it had more power though. Like maybe 60 to 100 watts, but then we are well into another price range.
