"welcome to future"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
this is the last guitar I will ever buy....unless I loose or break it, then I'll buy another.
Sound
sound is incredible, real good humbuckers in this one, and that nano-mag pick-up is beyond my vocabulary. It must be heard!
Features
every feature is here, the tuner, the CPU interface, stereo outputs, on, and on...
Ease of Use
you can get great sounds from this baby just picking it up while it's ON! My cat rubbed up to it and played a song... talk about playable!
Quality
this guitar is built for the ages. Solid, made with good craftsmanship and backed with a lifetime warranty.
Value
hands down, big, big bang for your buck.
Manufacturer Support
customer service is prompt
The Wow Factor
this is the coolest axe I've ever seen. Pure vintage beauty.

"Epiphone Ultra 339 Limited Edition in Pelham Blue"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Replace it.
Features
Variation of sound between the acoustic and humbuckers. The single tone knob provides a wide range of variation.
Ease of Use
Guitar is easy to use and understand the controls. The setup of the comptuer side of things took some work.
Quality
The guitar was setup nicely and had nice fit and finish. The only complaint had to do witht he finish inside the F hole. The paint over the ply top was not sanded and finished as well as the rest of the guitar. Looked amateurish
Value
I purchased a limited edition at 25% off the regular selling price. It helped adjust to the "new item" sticker shock.
Manufacturer Support
I am waiting to see.
The Wow Factor
I wanted it 3 years before it was produces. Gibson made a 339 and I wanted Epiphone to make one to help with my budget. When I read about the Ultra and its features, I was convinced I "needed one", and eventually, I bought one.

"Windows 8 problem"

I just bought one, plus a new computer so that I would have the biggest and best to use it on. Only I found out that the software they give you, Guitar Rig 4, isn't compatible with windows8. Nether is Guitar Rig 5. In fact there is no software for Wondows8 that will work at this time. So we just have to wait for them to catch up.

To long to want to put up with this .
