I am so far pleased with this snare. I did not want a cheap and inexpensive light weighted feeling snare. This snare did not disappoint. It has a nice weight, finish and quality feeling hardware. The tune I have is just about right and a little more breaking in and it will have the fat pop sound I was looking for to hear.
